In these terms and conditions ´The Seller´ means Salon Business Solutions Ltd (Co Reg #: 13058869) and ´The Buyer´ means the purchaser of goods from ´The Seller´ under these terms and conditions.


Prices and special offers are correct at the time of goods advertised, but are subject to alteration without prior notice. Prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the ruling rates. It is possible that some of the products advertised may be mis-priced.

We will verify pricing when processing your order and before we take payment. If we have made a mistake and a product's correct price is higher than the price on the website, we may either contact you before shipping to request whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product.

Delivery charges outside mainland UK will be verified when processing your order. If we have made a mistake and the delivery charge is higher than the price quoted on the website, we may contact you before shipping to request whether you want to continue with your purchase at the correct delivery charge or cancel your order.

All offers are subject to availability. All products within clearance are excluded from any further discounts.

Further discounts cannot be applied to any items that are already discounted.

Discount Codes:

Orders must be over the qualifying amount, excluding VAT and delivery to qualify. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. 

Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of Salon Business Solutions Ltd until all outstanding invoices are paid in full.

The Buyer agrees, prior to the payment of the whole price of the goods, The Seller or appointed agents may enter The Buyers premises to collect such goods should The Seller request. Prior to such payment, the Buyer shall keep the goods separate and identifiable for the purpose and return the goods to The Seller should The Seller request.


The Buyer consents to the jurisdiction of the Burnley Combined Court Centre for the resolution of any disputes.

Online Account

If you use our website you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must ensure that the password is kept confidential. If you believe that your password has become known to anyone else, you must inform us immediately.

Salons Business Solutions Ltd reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order you will not be charged.

Shortages & Damages

Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to The Seller within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Liability is limited to the cost of goods purchased.


​Retail Customers have the option of Next Day or 48 hour delivery on all purchases. Orders placed before 2pm GMT will be processed the same day. Next Working Day Delivery service is charged at £4.99. Next Working Day delivery not available on orders placed on Saturday & Sunday.

Professional customers qualify for FREE next working day delivery on all orders over £100 + vat. Only available on orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm.

All orders placed Saturday & Sunday will be received on a Monday morning and processed in due course.

Money Back Guarantee

Retail Customers:

We offer a no quibble refund to consumers that have bought a product they don’t like. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The Buyer is responsible for the return postage. The Seller accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit, it is recommended that a receipt of posting is obtained. Salons Business Solutions reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time.

International Orders

We are unable to accept orders from outside the United Kingdom.

Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. If we have insufficient stock to fulfill the order, we will notify you either by telephone or by e-mail at the address given by you in your registration form. Stock is allocated on a first come first served basis. The Seller doesn´t guarantee the availability of any item based on stock figures shown.

You may not extract or reutilise part of the contents of our website without the written consent of Salon Business Solutions Ltd.

Salon Business Solutions Ltd grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of our website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it except with the written consent of Salon Business Solutions Ltd. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of our website or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another seller.

Neither our website nor any part of it may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold, visited or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the consent of Salon Business Solutions Ltd.

Intellectual Property & Trademark Assets

Intellectual Property (IP) constitutes trademarks (logo and word), trade name, and copyright (product imagery, model shots, brand videos, marketing materials etc). Rights of Use must be granted prior to being used in The Buyer’s salon or website.

Force Majeure

The Seller shall be entitled to cancel or delay delivery of orders if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, Act of God or failure to deliver by suppliers or carriers.

US Weights & Measures

Where US weights and measures have been converted to metric, there may be a slight variation between the metric figures stated on our literature or website, compared those stated on the actual physical product.


All offers are subject to stock availability. The Seller reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order for application of credit at any time. The Seller takes special care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions, whilst given as a guide, in good faith, are subject to alteration by The Seller without notice. All colours are as near as can be displayed on an electronic device or printed brochure.

Call Monitoring

In order to maintain the highest standards of customer service and to help training and monitoring, calls may be recorded.


All items are guaranteed according to the individual manufacturer´s warranty. Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection, once the goods are received back we will determine whether the item(s) can be repaired, if this is not the case then a replacement will be issued. If we are unable to either repair or replace the item(s) then a full or partial refund may be issued. This process can take between 10-14 days.

Our warranties run from the initial date of purchase, if we have made the decision to replace a product that is still under warranty then this does not mean that you receive a new warranty when you receive a replacement. In essence the contract that you make at the time of sale, which includes the warranty, is formed at the time when you paid the money. Issuing a replacement is something that occurs under the original agreement and it does not mean that you receive a new warranty. Therefore, it is important to be aware that your original warranty will expire on the original purchase, rather than the clock being re-set on the warranty at the time when your item is replaced.
